Fifteen starting points to discuss.

Alex asked for suggestions, not final selections. These candidates connect color names to actual emails, CADs and buyer palettes. They are a proposal for discussion and development.

We found more than five mineral-wash names.

There are now nine named mineral-wash references, including Praline and Raw Sienna with codes printed on original CADs. The other six suggestions have different evidence: Comet-wash direction, color inquiries or buyer palettes. None is a newly approved physical standard.

How I would use this

Start the wash discussion with the nine mineral references. The five colors in the first library remain useful anchors. Dusty Rose and Mahogany Rose add pink directions; Praline and Raw Sienna add warm neutrals with source codes. Compare the buyer’s lighter greens, blue and off-white before deciding a seasonal menu. These are suggested priorities, not Chris’s selection.

Do not require every suggestion to work on every body. Mahogany Rose’s source is fleece. A printed Pantone code does not establish the final shade after washing. Keep the code system exactly as supplied; no missing suffix is invented. CXL-marked dates are preserved without inferring an actual cancellation.

August 25 buyer direction quoted in Chris’s August 30 PARKE Sweatshirt exchange: 18-3946, 18-1665, 14-4316, 18-5642, 17-4336. The message does not supply a suffix or exact name for each code. The hot-pink/bright-green/bright-blue wording is not mapped one-to-one here. No wash specified.

Boot Barn recolor requests

Shannon Barry, August 7: Apple Butter 18-1426 and Rosette 16-1518. Requested recolors, not final color approval. Suffix and wash are not supplied in that passage. Do not use this to resolve the unrelated Maurices Apple Butter/Cinnamon conflict.

What changed from the first pass

Expanded from five mineral-wash CAD names to nine named mineral-wash references.
Dusty Rose now has a specific Cracker Barrel CAD, beyond the Cato costing email.
Praline and Raw Sienna each have a printed TCX code and an explicit mineral-wash instruction.
Added the Bealls Mahogany Rose instruction, Claire’s Ross code list, Boot Barn recolor requests and the AS Revival palette.
Everything remains a suggestion. The original 40-item library decisions are untouched; these 15 candidates are a separate discussion shortlist.
